View approved original text

This medication is used to lower blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension and to reduce the strain on the heart. It also helps alleviate symptoms and improve heart function in heart failure patients who do not respond to ACE inhibitors. It is effective in reducing the risk of death in patients with reduced left ventricular function after myocardial infarction. Based on these effects, this medication is effective for blood pressure management, treatment of heart failure, and post-myocardial infarction therapy.
