This medication is used for physical fatigue, decreased physical strength during pregnancy and lactation, post-illness physical weakness, growth period, and elderly phase. Vitamin A helps relieve dry eyes and assists with night blindness. Vitamin D promotes bone and dental growth and prevents rickets. It is also effective in preventing and treating iron deficiency anemia and is used to maintain overall health through zinc supplementation. Overall, this medication improves bodily functions and enhances health through various vitamins and minerals.

How to take

Adult dose

Ages 8 and older and adults: 1 tablet once daily.

Child dose

Ages 8 and older: 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

Caution is advised for women who are in the first trimester of pregnancy or who may become pregnant when taking vitamin A exceeding 5,000 IU per day, as it poses a risk of congenital malformations. Children, especially those under 6 years old, should be kept away from this medication as excess iron intake can be fatal. Individuals with specific conditions such as hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, kidney disease, hyperkalemia, hemoglobinopathy, or kidney stones should not take this medication, and those with hypersensitivity to this medication should also avoid it.
