Firmly press the pump to activate the spray, then spray a measured amount into both nasal cavities and tilt the head to the right for 10 seconds. Then tilt to the left for 10 seconds, and while pinching the nose to block the nasal cavity, tilt the head forward for 10 seconds.

This medication is used to alleviate symptoms through nasal washing when there is an excessive or purulent discharge from the nasal mucosa causing nasal congestion, and to relieve discomfort when the nasal mucosa is dry. Specifically, it is effective in improving nasal congestion and dry nasal mucosa symptoms.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

1-8 sprays into each nasal cavity every 2-3 hours as needed. Insert the nozzle into the nasal cavity and slightly direct it backwards. Firmly press the pump to activate the spray, then spray a measured amount into both nasal cavities and tilt the head to the right for 10 seconds. Then tilt to the left for 10 seconds, and while pinching the nose to block the nasal cavity, tilt the head forward for 10 seconds.

Children's dosage

Infants: 1 spray 1 month to 12 months: 1-2 sprays 1 year to 2 years: 1-3 sprays 2 years to 5 years: 1-4 sprays 5 years to 8 years: 1-5 sprays 8 years

Precautions

This medicine should not be used by individuals allergic to benzalkonium chloride or any other components of this medication. Before using this medication, individuals who have had an allergic reaction, are currently undergoing treatment from a doctor, have recently undergone nasal surgery, or have lesions in the nose must consult a specialist. This medication is intended for direct application to the nose only, and for hygiene, it is safer if one product is used by only one person. It is advisable to use it while tilting the head sideways or in an upright position to prevent the medication from going down the throat. If the medication enters the throat, it may suddenly cause spasms. The benzalkonium chloride included in this medication may induce bronchospasms, so care should be taken, particularly with prolonged use, as irritation or swelling in the nasal cavity may occur. Store the medication in a cool place away from heat, and do not use products after the expiration date. Keep it in a safe place out of reach of children, and do not transfer the medication from its original container to another container. This prevents improper use or deterioration of the quality of the medication.
