How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 tablet at a time, up to 3 times a day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach. The dosage interval should be at least 4 hours.

This drug can put a strain on the liver; therefore, individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If severe rash, blisters, or itching occurs during the use of this medication, discontinue it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This drug contains acetaminophen, so care must be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000 mg, and taking it with other products containing acetaminophen can cause liver damage. People who are allergic to this drug or its components, have had experiences that triggered asthma, or infants under 3 months of age should not take this medication. It is advisable to avoid taking this medication with other antipyretics, cold medicines, or sedatives. Children who are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic constitution or past drug allergy experiences, patients with liver, kidney, or heart diseases, individuals with hypertension or diabetes, elderly persons, and pregnant or lactating women must consult healthcare providers before taking this medication. Serious side effects

Hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP), Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS), toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), severe rash with high fever, blisters, peeling skin, and pain in mouth/eyes, asthma, jaundice (yellowing of skin or eyes), and severe lethargy.

Mild side effects

Rash, reddening, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, stomach pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, stomach discomfort, dizziness, hearing loss, swelling, tinnitus, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
