Improvement of chronic polyarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis (arthralgia, ankylosing spondylitis)
This medication is used to treat joint-related diseases such as chronic polyarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, arthralgia, and ankylosing spondylitis. It also helps to relieve painful swelling and inflammation that may occur after trauma or surgery. Additionally, it plays a supportive role in treating infections accompanied by inflammation, pain, and fever. Overall, it is effective in improving symptoms of joint and inflammatory diseases.
As dexibuprofen, take 300 mg orally 2 to 4 times a day. Do not exceed 1,200 mg of dexibuprofen in one day.
Individuals who regularly consume more than 3 glasses of alcohol daily must consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication may pose a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding, so caution is required. The ingredients in this medication may increase the risk of cardiovascular diseases. Particularly, individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should take this medication more carefully, and if symptoms occur, immediate medical attention is required. This medication can cause serious gastrointestinal problems, such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation. The risk increases especially for the elderly or those taking it for a long time, so gastrointestinal symptoms should be closely monitored. Individuals with a history of gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding, severe hepatic or renal impairment, severe heart failure, severe hypertension, or asthma should not take this medication. Taking this medication with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may lead to side effects or reduced drug efficacy, so co-administration should be avoided. During the use of this medication, dizziness or drowsiness may occur while driving or operating machinery, so caution is needed. Additionally, breastfeeding women should consider stopping breastfeeding or discontinuing this medication as it may be transmitted through breast milk and affect the baby. Individuals with blood abnormalities, liver or kidney diseases, heart failure, hypertension, or a history of allergies must consult healthcare professionals before taking this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as skin rash, difficulty breathing, severe abdominal pain, or hematuria occur while taking this medication, it should be discontinued immediately, and healthcare professionals should be consulted. Regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests are necessary for long-term use, and if abnormalities are found, dosage adjustments or discontinuation may be needed. During pregnancy, especially after the sixth month, it may affect the fetus, so pregnant women should avoid taking this medication, and women planning to become pregnant should consult healthcare professionals. In case of overdose, immediate medical attention should be sought for appropriate treatment, which may include gastric lavage or dilution measures. This medication should be stored out of reach of children and in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.

Do not take this medication with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Also, do not take it in conjunction with high doses (more than 15 mg/week) of methotrexate used in chemotherapy. This medication may interact with corticosteroids, alcohol, digoxin, phenytoin, probenecid, sulfinpyrazone, sulfonylureas, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, diuretics, lithium, and coumarin anticoagulants.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is important to maintain storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius.
