How to take

Adult dose

As dexibuprofen, take 300 mg orally 2 to 4 times a day. Do not exceed 1,200 mg of dexibuprofen in one day.

Interactions

Drug interactions

Do not take this medication with aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Also, do not take it in conjunction with high doses (more than 15 mg/week) of methotrexate used in chemotherapy. This medication may interact with corticosteroids, alcohol, digoxin, phenytoin, probenecid, sulfinpyrazone, sulfonylureas, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, diuretics, lithium, and coumarin anticoagulants.
