This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, sore throat, and heavy head associated with conditions like acute rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults (aged 15 and over) should take 1 capsule three times a day after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age. Additionally, individuals who are currently taking MAO inhibitors or have stopped taking them within the past 2 weeks should also avoid this medication. While taking this medication, do not take other oral medications for rhinitis or cold medicines that contain antihistamines, cough suppressants, motion sickness medications, or allergy medications together. For infants 3 months and older but under 2 years old, this medication should only be taken after consulting a physician, and caregivers should observe them closely during use. Individuals with an allergic constitution, such as those who have had hives, contact dermatitis, migraines, or food allergies, should consult a professional before taking this medication. Those who have experienced allergic reactions such as fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, or itching due to medications in the past should also consult before taking this medication. Individuals with high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, urinary difficulties, thyroid disorders, diabetes, or those who are weakened or have a high fever should consult a professional before taking this medication. Elderly individuals or those currently undergoing medical or dental treatment should also consult a professional before taking this medication. In cases of persistent cough or excessive phlegm due to smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, or emphysema, or if there are accompanying symptoms such as fever, rash, or headache, consultation with a professional is advised before taking this medication. This medication contains Yellow No. 4 (Tartrazine), so individuals who are sensitive or have a history of allergies to this ingredient should take caution. If symptoms such as bleeding stroke, nausea, vomiting, severe thirst, constipation, loss of appetite, rash, itching, or urinary difficulties occur during use, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. In rare cases, serious allergic reactions may occur, such as hives, severe swelling, chest tightness, paleness, cold sweats, and difficulty breathing; if these symptoms appear, stop taking the medication immediately and consult medical staff. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication 5 to 6 times, stop and consult a professional. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and instructions, and care should be taken not to use it for an extended period. Drowsiness may occur while taking this medication, so it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication. Store this medication out of the reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep it tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. To maintain quality, do not transfer it to another container, and it is important to prevent misuse.
