This medication helps relieve symptoms such as stuffy nose, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, sore throat, and heaviness of the head, which are caused by nasal cold, allergic rhinitis, or sinusitis. Patients can effectively reduce uncomfortable symptoms through the use of this medication. Therefore, it is used for relief of these rhinitis and sinusitis symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults (15 years and older): Take 1 capsule 3 times a day after each meal.

Precautions

Do not use this medication in infants under 3 months of age. Individuals who are allergic to this medication or its ingredients, or have a history of hypersensitivity should avoid taking it. Individuals who are taking or have stopped taking MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson's medications) within 2 weeks should not use this medication. This medication contains lactose, so patients with genetic issues such as galactose intolerance, Lapp lactase deficiency, or glucose-galactose malabsorption should not take it. During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to take other oral medications for rhinitis or cold medications that contain antihistamines, cough suppressants, motion sickness medications, or allergy medications. Individuals with allergic conditions such as urticaria, contact dermatitis, migraines, food allergies, or those who have previously experienced allergic reactions from medications, such as fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, or itching, must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If you have high blood pressure, heart disease, glaucoma, difficulty urinating, thyroid disease, diabetes, or if you are weak or have a high fever, you should consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Elderly individuals or those currently under medical treatment should also consult before taking this medication. If you have a cough with smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, excessive sputum, a cough lasting more than a week or recurring, or if it is accompanied by fever, rash, or persistent headache, consult a healthcare professional before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, severe thirst, constipation, loss of appetite, rash, itching, difficulty urinating, headache, facial flushing, abnormal brightness, fever, joint pain, or asthma occur after taking the medication, you must stop taking it immediately and consult with a doctor or pharmacist. Rarely, serious allergic reactions such as urticaria, severe swelling, chest tightness, pallor, cold extremities, cold sweat, and difficulty breathing may occur, so if these symptoms arise, stop taking it immediately and consult medical personnel. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication 5-6 times, discontinue use and consult a professional. In children under 2 years of age, it should only be administered in special cases and after consulting a doctor. You must strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration, and it is advisable not to take it for an extended period. Drowsiness may occur during use, so avoid driving or operating machinery, and refrain from drinking alcohol while taking this medication. Store this medication out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place in a tightly closed container. Additionally, to prevent misuse and maintain the drug's quality, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
