Precautions

This drug should be consulted with a physician or pharmacist if taken by individuals who regularly drink more than three glasses of alcohol daily, as it increases the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. Due to being a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, patients with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should be careful, as the risk of myocardial infarction and stroke may increase. If chest pain, shortness of breath, weakness, or slurred speech occurs during the use of this medication, discontinue immediately and consult with healthcare providers. Serious gastrointestinal side effects such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and perforations may occur, especially in elderly individuals or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, so caution is advised. This medication can cause serious allergic reactions on the skin, so if a rash or mucosal damage occurs, discontinue use immediately. It may affect kidney function, therefore patients with kidney diseases or those taking diuretics or blood pressure medication should have their kidney function regularly monitored. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant should not take this medication, as it can have serious effects on the fetus during pregnancy. Patients with bleeding disorders or those taking anticoagulants should be cautious, as the risk of bleeding may increase. Dizziness, drowsiness, or blurred vision may occur, so caution is advised when driving or operating machinery. This medication may cause liver dysfunction, so individuals with a history of liver disease should undergo regular liver function tests. Concomitant use with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or aspirin may increase the risk of side effects, so combination should be avoided. The duration and dosage of this medication should be kept to a minimum, and regular blood tests and assessments of kidney and liver function are required with prolonged use. In case of overdose, gastric lavage and general supportive therapy are necessary, and there is no specific antidote, so caution is required. Keep out of reach of children, and store in the original container tightly sealed.
