This medication is effective in relieving fever and pain caused by a cold, as well as dental pain. It is also used to alleviate headaches, neuralgia, myalgia, menstrual pain, joint pain, and rheumatic pain.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 to 2 tablets each time, three times a day, avoiding taking it on an empty stomach. The dosing interval should be at least 4 hours.

Precautions

Individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks a day must consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication, as it can cause liver damage when taken with alcohol. Do not take if you have had an allergic reaction to this medication or its components, or if you have experienced an asthma attack when using this medication or other antipyretic analgesics. It is also advisable not to take this medication if you have peptic ulcers, severe blood disorders, liver dysfunction, kidney dysfunction, or cardiac insufficiency. Patients on barbiturate medications or tricyclic antidepressants, or who have consumed alcohol should avoid this medication. While taking this medication, do not use other products that contain acetaminophen. Exceeding the maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen can lead to liver damage. Individuals with liver or kidney issues, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, cardiac function abnormalities, a history of allergic reactions, bronchial asthma, elderly individuals, pregnant or breastfeeding women, long-term users of warfarin, and users of lithium or thiazide diuretics must consult healthcare providers before use. If while taking this medication you experience urticaria, swelling, chest tightness, difficulty breathing, skin rash, severe nausea or vomiting, jaundice, or skin symptoms accompanied by high fever, immediately discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider. Regular liver function tests and blood tests are required during long-term use to monitor for abnormalities, as excessive or prolonged use can cause serious damage to the liver and kidneys. The safety of this medication during pregnancy has not been established, so it should only be taken when the therapeutic benefits outweigh the risks. For children, safety has not been sufficiently confirmed, and this medication should be kept out of the reach of children. Store this medication in a tightly sealed container to prevent air or moisture ingress and keep it at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C. Storing it this way helps maintain its effectiveness and prevent deterioration.

Serious side effects

  • Urticaria, severe swelling (edema of the larynx, eyelids, lips, etc.), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe allergic reactions.
  • Severe skin adverse reactions (severe rashes, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mouth/eye mucosa accompanied by high fever).
  • Asthma attacks and respiratory issues.
  • Liver abnormalities (jaundice, generalized malaise).
  • Severe neurological symptoms (headache, altered consciousness, etc.).
  • Severe swelling or urinary abnormalities (significantly reduced urine output).

Mild side effects

Rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, decreased platelet function (prolonged bleeding time), elevated AST, elevated ALT, fixed rash.

Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.

Storage

This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to prevent air and moisture from entering, and it is advisable to keep it at a temperature between 1°C and 30°C. Proper storage preserves the effectiveness of the medication and prevents degradation.
