This medicine is used to relieve various symptoms of a cold such as runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.
How to take
Adult dose
Daytime Use: Take 2 tablets twice a day after meals for 30 minutes. Nighttime Use: Take 2 tablets once a day, 6 hours after the last daytime dose.
Child dose
Daytime Use: For ages 7-15 years, take 1 tablet twice a day after meals for 30 minutes. Nighttime Use: For ages 7-15 years, take 1 tablet once a day after the last daytime dose.
Precautions
This medicine may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. The acetaminophen component in this medicine may rarely cause severe skin disorders; therefore, if a skin rash or hypersensitivity reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and it should not be taken alongside other products containing acetaminophen to prevent liver damage. This medicine also contains pseudoephedrine. If symptoms such as fever or redness of the skin, or small blisters appear, stop taking the medicine and consult a healthcare provider. Those with a history of allergic reactions to this medicine or those who have experienced asthma triggers, children under 3 months, individuals with certain genetic conditions, and those with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not take this medicine. It is safe not to take this medicine along with other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Particularly, children, the elderly, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases should consult healthcare professionals before taking this medicine. If serious symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, chest tightness, or difficulty breathing occur while taking it, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medicine except in special cases, and close supervision by a guardian is required when administered. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and method of administration, avoid long-term use, refrain from alcohol consumption, and be aware that drowsiness may occur; therefore, refrain from driving or operating machinery. This medicine should be kept out of reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place protected from direct sunlight. Additionally, to prevent misuse, it is important not to transfer the medicine to other containers.

Serious side effects
- Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor → severe allergic reaction
- Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa → severe skin adverse reaction
- Asthma attacks, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, cough with fever indicating respiratory distress
- Jaundice, significant lethargy → liver dysfunction (jaundice)
- Sudden and severe headache
Mild side effects
Nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, difficulty urinating, persistent or severe thirst, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Interactions
Drug interactions
Do not take with other medications containing cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Individuals taking MAO inhibitors or who have stopped taking them within the last two weeks should not use this medicine. Consult a doctor or pharmacist when taking barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, or steroids.
Food interactions
Do not consume alcohol while taking.
