Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to relieve acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.
Children aged 12 years and older and adults: Dosage should be adjusted based on the patient's pain level and the treatment response. It is recommended to administer 2 tablets as an initial dose, with subsequent doses spaced at least 6 hours apart, not to exceed 8 tablets a day. The effective lowest dose should be administered for the shortest possible duration. Ensure not to use this medication for longer than necessary, and if long-term use is required due to the nature and severity of the disease, regular monitoring should be performed to verify the necessity of continued use.

This medication may cause liver damage if taken by someone who regularly consumes more than three alcoholic drinks a day, so you must consult a doctor or pharmacist. One of the ingredients of this medication, tramadol, may increase the risk of seizures if the recommended dosage is exceeded, and the risk of seizures may be higher when taken with certain antidepressants or narcotics. Patients with increased intracranial pressure or head injuries may experience worsening symptoms due to respiratory depression while taking this medication, so caution is required. This medication can cause both psychological and physical dependence; therefore, dependence must be carefully monitored during long-term use. Patients with reduced liver function should consult a doctor before taking this medication and should not take it with other acetaminophen products. Patients with specific genetic metabolic characteristics may be at risk of excessive accumulation of the active ingredient in this medication, leading to severe respiratory depression, so caution is required. This medication should not be given to children under 12 years old or to certain postoperative children, and it is generally advisable to avoid administration to adolescents aged 12 to 18 years except in special cases. This medication can cause sleep apnea or hypoxia; thus, if symptoms occur or worsen, it may be necessary to adjust or discontinue the medication dosage. Elderly patients or patients at risk for hyponatremia should carefully monitor for symptoms of hyponatremia while taking this medication. This medication may interact with certain drugs, so if you are taking other medications, you must inform your doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a doctor before taking this medication, especially during breastfeeding, as it may transfer to breast milk and pose a risk to the infant. This medication may cause drowsiness or dizziness, so caution is needed when driving or operating machinery. In case of overdose, severe respiratory depression, seizures, liver damage, and other serious conditions may occur, so it is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage, and in case of overdose, seek medical attention immediately. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children, and careful management is necessary to prevent misuse or abuse.
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, severe rash accompanied by fever, blistering, skin peeling, pain in mucous membranes of the mouth/eyes, breathlessness or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, respiratory abnormalities accompanied by cough and fever, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), extreme somnolence, sudden and severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, confusion, vision abnormalities, paralysis, urinary incontinence.

This medication should be stored in a sealed container to prevent air or moisture from entering. It is best to maintain a storage temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. This helps to maintain the effectiveness of the medication for longer.
