If any unusual reactions such as rashes or blisters appear on the skin during treatment with this drug, it should be discontinued immediately, and medical attention should be sought. One of the ingredients, tramadol, may induce seizures; therefore, caution is advised for individuals with a history of seizures or a high risk of seizures. In particular, taking tramadol with certain specific antidepressants or narcotic analgesics may increase the risk of seizures. When administering this drug to patients with severe asthma, medical supervision is required due to the risk of breathing difficulties. Individuals with impaired liver function must consult a doctor before taking this medication and should not take it with other acetaminophen-containing drugs to minimize the risk of liver damage. Individuals with certain genetic traits may metabolize the ingredients of this medication rapidly, which may pose serious side effect risks such as respiratory depression. It is safer not to use this medication in children under 12 years of age or adolescents under 18 years who have undergone a specific surgery. Patients with sleep apnea or respiratory-related diseases should periodically check for symptom exacerbation while taking this medication.
