How to take

Adult dose

For adults generally, take 2 capsules 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

Child dose

For ages 7 to 14, take 1 capsule 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

This medication should not be taken by children under 5 years old. Also, this drug contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic problem that prevents them from breaking down lactose should not take it.
