Additionally, very rarely, serious skin rashes or blisters, or severe inflammation of the mouth or eyes may occur, so if you notice any abnormal skin symptoms, immediately stop taking the medicine and consult a professional. Care should be taken not to exceed 4,000 mg of acetaminophen per day, and it should not be taken in combination with other medications containing acetaminophen. Due to the pseudoephedrine component, if you develop fever, red spots on the skin, or small blisters, immediately discontinue use and consult a doctor or pharmacist. This medicine should not be used by those with a history of specific allergies or asthma, babies under 3 months old, or patients with severe hypertension or kidney disease. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergies, liver, kidney, or heart disease, elderly patients, and pregnant or nursing women should consult a professional before taking this medication. If during treatment you experience rashes, itching, nausea, dizziness, difficulty breathing, or any abnormal symptoms, you should immediately stop taking the medicine and consult healthcare professionals, and if symptoms persist, you should seek specialist care. It is generally advised that children under 2 years of age do not use this medicine unless absolutely necessary, in which case a doctor's consultation is required. You must adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency during use, avoid long-term use, and refrain from drinking alcohol.
