Adult dose

Typically, an adult should take 1 packet (single dose) 3 times a day before or between meals.

This medication contains lactose, so individuals with a genetic disorder that prevents lactose breakdown should not take it. Individuals with hypertension or heart and kidney conditions, or those with edema, must consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Persons who have experienced skin rashes or itching due to medications should also consult a professional before taking this. Women who are currently taking other medications, are pregnant or may become pregnant, children, and the elderly must seek professional advice before using this product. If symptoms such as reduced urine output, facial or limb swelling, increased blood pressure, or headaches occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Discontinue use and inform healthcare personnel if muscle weakness, cramps, skin rashes, abnormal urination, dyspepsia, or liver function impairment symptoms occur. It is generally advised not to use this medication for an extended period; if unavoidable, consult a professional before long-term use. Caution is needed when taking this alongside other potassium-containing medications, licorice, and diuretics, as the risk of side effects may increase. Care should be taken with potential ingredient overlaps when taking this with other herbal medicines, as severe side effects such as interstitial pneumonia may occur when combined with certain drugs. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a sealed container, out of reach of children. Also, do not transfer this medication from its original container to another, as this can prevent safety incidents and deterioration of the drug's quality.

Hives, severe swelling of the face and limbs (edema), increased blood pressure, headaches, weakness, limb cramps, paralysis, liver dysfunction, jaundice, generalized lethargy, fever, cough, shortness of breath due to interstitial pneumonia
