Adult dose

Adults: Take 1 capsule once daily; in severe cases, take 1 capsule twice daily

Child dose

Adolescents aged 12 years and older: Take 1 capsule once daily

This medication contains pseudoephedrine, which may rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if fever or red spots and small blisters appear on the skin during use, you should immediately stop taking the medication and consult a doctor. Patients who are allergic to this medication or have specific conditions such as narrow-angle glaucoma, severe hypertension, hyperthyroidism, and children under 12 years of age, pregnant women, and nursing mothers should not take this medication. It is also safer for patients with severe liver or kidney disease not to use this medication, and patients with certain genetic lactose intolerance should avoid taking it. Patients with glaucoma, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, prostate enlargement, those with liver function issues, or at risk of QT interval prolongation should be particularly cautious when using this medication; elderly patients aged over 60 should also exercise care. This medication may cause side effects such as drowsiness, headache, nausea, vomiting, and gastrointestinal discomfort, and due to the sympathomimetic ingredients, dry mouth, insomnia, agitation, and dizziness may occur. Although rare, symptoms such as abnormal heart rhythms, severe allergic reactions, or cerebrovascular-related symptoms may occur, so if any such symptoms appear, immediate consultation with a physician is advised. Individuals driving vehicles or operating dangerous machinery should assess their condition and be cautious after taking this medication, and if severe abdominal pain or rectal bleeding occurs, they should discontinue use immediately. This medication may interact with other antihistamines, certain antibiotics, and antifungal agents, so if you are taking other medications, you must inform your doctor or pharmacist. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should use this medication cautiously, and it is advisable to avoid taking it while breastfeeding. In case of overdose, gastric lavage and treatment according to symptoms are required, and vital signs, including heart condition, should be closely monitored. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and not transferred to other containers.
