This medication contains pseudoephedrine and may rarely cause serious skin reactions. If fever or small blisters appear on the skin, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Patients with allergies to this medication or certain conditions, such as glaucoma, severe hypertension, hyperthyroidism, heart problems, severely impaired liver or kidney function, children under 12 years old, pregnant or nursing women, and those with genetic issues like lactose intolerance should not take this medication. Individuals with glaucoma, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, prostatic hypertrophy, liver function problems, specific cardiac rhythm disorders, or who are over 60 years old should be particularly cautious when taking this medication, as it may worsen liver function. Taking this medication may occasionally lead to side effects such as rapid heartbeat, drowsiness, nervousness, headache, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, dry mouth, skin rash, and others. Rarely, it may cause elevated liver function tests or cardiac rhythm issues; consult a doctor if symptoms occur.
