Relief of moderate to severe acute and chronic pain
This medication is used to relieve acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe. It effectively decreases pain caused by various sources, helping patients to have a more comfortable daily life.
Children over 12 years and adults: Dosage may be adjusted according to the patient's pain level and therapeutic response. A starting dose of 4 tablets is recommended, with subsequent doses administered at intervals of at least 6 hours, not exceeding 16 tablets per day. Administer the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration possible. Avoid unnecessary prolonged use of this medication, and if prolonged use is required due to the nature and severity of the disease, regular monitoring should be conducted to assess the necessity of continued treatment with this drug.

This drug can cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day; consult a physician or pharmacist. If severe skin reactions such as rashes or hypersensitivity occur while taking this medication, immediately discontinue use and consult medical personnel. The tramadol component may increase the risk of seizures if the recommended dosage is exceeded, and this risk may be heightened when taken with certain antidepressants or other CNS drugs, so caution is required. Serious allergic reactions may occur rarely during use of this medication, so notify medical personnel immediately if symptoms such as difficulty breathing or hives appear. In patients with acute or severe asthma, this drug may make breathing more difficult, so use should only occur in an environment with professional monitoring. Co-administration with alcohol or benzodiazepines can cause severe drowsiness, respiratory depression, or coma, so such combinations should be avoided or approached with caution. In patients with head injuries or cerebral diseases, there may be an increase in intracranial pressure during treatment, so careful administration is required. Tramadol included in this medication can lead to psychological and physical dependence, necessitating caution with long-term use. Patients with impaired liver function must consult their physician before taking this medication due to a risk of liver damage and should not exceed the recommended dose. Particularly, patients with the genetic trait of ultra-rapid CYP2D6 metabolism may metabolize this drug quickly, increasing the risk of respiratory depression and requiring careful monitoring. This medication is not to be used in children under 12 years and adolescents under 18 who have undergone tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy. Patients with sleep apnea or hypoxia may experience worsening of symptoms during use, requiring continuous evaluation and dosage adjustments. Electrolyte imbalances such as hyponatremia may occur; thus, elderly patients or those with risk factors should have blood tests to monitor their condition. Patients hypersensitive to this medication, experiencing severe respiratory depression, with head injuries, or taking MAO inhibitors should not take this drug. Caution should be exercised when used in combination with other CNS depressants, narcotic analgesics, and antidepressants as this may increase the risk of seizures or serious side effects, and should be used under a physician's guidance. Drowsiness, dizziness, insomnia, nausea, constipation, dry mouth, diarrhea, indigestion, abdominal pain, discomfort, flatulence, pruritus, sweating, rash, fatigue, flushing, hypoglycemia, anxiety, restlessness, emotional instability, euphoria, decreased libido, sleep disturbance, confusion, distorted perception, excitement, abnormal dreams, substance abuse, hallucinations, withdrawal syndrome, migraine, somnolence, sensory loss, tremors, and sensory changes may occur while taking this medication; these may affect daily life, so caution is advised. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should consult medical personnel before using this medication, and it is safer for nursing mothers to discontinue breastfeeding while taking this medication. Drowsiness or dizziness may occur during driving or operating machinery, so caution is advised. Overdosing may result in severe symptoms such as respiratory depression, seizures, and liver damage, so adherence to the prescribed dosage is crucial, and immediate emergency care should be sought in case of overdose. This medication should be stored in a safe place away from children's reach and should be carefully managed to prevent misuse by others.
