This medication helps relieve nasal congestion, sneezing, runny nose, and itching of the eyes and nose caused by seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis. It effectively improves symptoms of allergic rhinitis, helping patients lead a more comfortable daily life. This medication is used to control symptoms to reduce discomfort and enhance quality of life.
Children over 12 years old and adults should take 1 tablet twice daily (morning and evening) regardless of meals. This medication should not be chewed or crushed but swallowed whole. Patients with reduced kidney or liver function should take 1 tablet once daily.

This medication contains pseudoephedrine, which may rarely cause severe skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, so skin conditions should be closely monitored during use. Individuals with hypersensitivity to this medication, severe hypertension, cardiovascular disease, those taking certain medications, or those with glaucoma or urinary retention should not take this medication. It is important not to take this medication with certain other medications, especially avoiding combinations with MAO inhibitors or medications affecting the heart and blood pressure. Extra caution is needed when driving or operating dangerous machinery during use, and since the ingredients in this medication can be excreted in breast milk, it should be avoided while breastfeeding. Patients with diabetes, thyroid problems, cardiovascular disease, poor kidney or liver function, the elderly, pregnant women, and nursing mothers should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If any unusual symptoms such as dry mouth, headache, insomnia, increased heart rate, dizziness, rash occur after taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. In the case of overdose, symptoms such as irregular heartbeat, elevated blood pressure, and central nervous system abnormalities may occur, so immediate medical attention is necessary. This medication should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and kept out of the reach of children.
Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP), fever, erythema, severe skin adverse reactions such as multiple small pustules, skin reactions, angioedema, anaphylactic shock, difficulty breathing, convulsions, cardiovascular collapse, arrhythmias, central nervous system depressant effects (apnea, unconsciousness, cyanosis), hypertension, symptoms of ischemic colitis (sudden abdominal pain, rectal bleeding)
