Patients with lumbar spinal stenosis should closely monitor symptom changes and decide whether to continue medication use. The efficacy of this medication has not been sufficiently proven in cases where severe spinal stenosis surgery is required. Safety during pregnancy has not been established, and animal studies have indicated the potential to induce uterine contractions, hence it should not be taken by pregnant women.
