Precautions

This medication may cause stomach bleeding if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. It contains non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug components, which may increase the risk of cardiovascular disease, so patients with existing heart conditions or risk factors should exercise caution before taking it. Serious gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as stomach bleeding, ulcers, and perforation may occur, particularly in the elderly or those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases. Individuals with peptic ulcers or allergies to any component of this medication, those with severe liver, kidney, or heart conditions, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should not take this medication. Patients with weakened liver or kidney function, the elderly, and those on diuretics should take this medication with caution, and if an allergic reaction occurs, it should be discontinued immediately. During treatment, hypersensitivity reactions such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, skin rashes, and breathing difficulties may arise, so immediate consultation with medical personnel is necessary if any abnormal symptoms occur. Long-term use of this medication may affect liver and kidney function, so regular blood tests and liver/kidney function tests are required. Interactions may occur when taken with other anti-inflammatory medications, aspirin, diuretics, anticoagulants, lithium, methotrexate, etc., so it is important to inform about any other medications being taken. During pregnancy, especially in the late stages, it may be harmful to the fetus, so women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should avoid taking it. In breastfeeding, as this medication may be transferred through breast milk and affect infants, it is advisable to consider stopping either breastfeeding or the medication. Children under 12 years of age should not take it as safety has not been confirmed, and the elderly should take the minimum dosage with caution and be alert for adverse reactions. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and should not be transferred to another container.
