Adult dose
For gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer: Administer Rabeprazole Sodium orally once daily at 10 mg for adults. Depending on symptoms, the dosage can be increased to 20 mg once daily, and treatment duration is up to 8 weeks for gastric ulcers and 6 weeks for duodenal ulcers. For erosive or ulcerative gastroesophageal reflux disease: Administer 10 mg or 20 mg once daily for 4 to 8 weeks. If symptoms persist after 8 weeks of treatment, an additional 8 weeks of 10 mg may be added.

This medicine is used to treat ulcers of the stomach and duodenum, relieve symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease, and manage it long-term. Additionally, it is administered in combination with antibiotics to patients with gastrointestinal ulcers due to Helicobacter pylori infection. It is also effective in certain acid-related conditions, such as Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. Overall, it protects the gastrointestinal mucosa and regulates gastric acid to improve symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

For gastric ulcer and duodenal ulcer: Administer Rabeprazole Sodium orally once daily at 10 mg for adults.
