How to take
Adult dose
Adults take 2 capsules once, 3 times a day after meals, 30 minutes later.
Child dose
Children aged 8 to 14 years take 1 capsule once, 3 times a day after meals, 30 minutes later.
Precautions
This medication may strain the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. Additionally, the acetaminophen component in this medication can rarely cause serious skin rashes or blisters, as well as severe allergic reactions, so if any skin abnormalities occur, one should stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen is set at 4,000 mg, and care must be taken not to exceed this dosage, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing medications. Those with a history of allergic reactions to this medication or experiencing asthma, infants under 3 months of age, or those taking specific antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. Serious side effects
Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, severe rash, blisters, and peeling skin accompanied by high fever, pain in the oral/ocular mucosa, asthma attacks, respiratory distress accompanied by cough and fever, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice), profound lethargy, sudden severe headaches, thunderclap headache, seizures.
Mild side effects
Rash/redness, itching, nausea/vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, stomach discomfort, hearing loss, swelling, tinnitus, urinary difficulty, persistent or severe dry mouth, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Interactions
Drug interactions
Do not take this medication with other products containing acetaminophen. Do not take with MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson’s medications, etc.). Do not take with oral medications containing cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines. If taking barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, or alcohol, consult a doctor before combining with diuretics.
Storage
