Adult dose

Typically, adults take 1 pouch (1 dose) three times a day before or between meals.

Women who are pregnant, possibly pregnant, or on other medications should definitely discuss with a professional. Individuals with weak stomachs or excessive sweating may experience side effects and should be careful. Those with hyperthyroidism or urinary disorders may also see worsened symptoms when taking this medication. Diabetics should be cautious as the ingredients may cause elevated blood sugar levels. If symptoms such as facial or limb swelling, or elevated blood pressure occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. If muscle weakness, cramps, or paralysis occurs, stop taking and seek medical attention. Abnormal symptoms such as skin rash, nausea, vomiting, general fatigue, jaundice, cough, or difficulty breathing are also signals to stop taking immediately. If symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a professional.
