This medication helps alleviate various symptoms caused by colds, including runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, throat pain, cough, phlegm, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain. It improves the uncomfortable symptoms of cold, allowing the patient to lead a more comfortable daily life.
How to take
Adult dose
Take 2 capsules three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating.
Child dose
Take 1 capsule for children aged 8 years and above and under 15 years, three times a day after meals, 30 minutes after eating.
Precautions
This medication may burden the liver, so those who regularly drink more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. The acetaminophen contained in this medication can rarely cause serious skin reactions; if a rash or allergic symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. The daily maximum dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and care should be taken not to take it together with other acetaminophen-containing medications. People with allergies to this medication or those who have previously experienced asthma should not take this medication, including infants under 3 months old, and those currently taking or who have recently stopped taking MAO inhibitors. Additionally, those allergic to Yellow No. 5 dye should use this medication with caution. It is safe not to take cough medicine, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines during the use of this medication. Infants infected with chickenpox or influenza, children under the age of 15, individuals with allergic predispositions, and those with diseases of the liver, kidneys, or heart should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If any symptoms such as skin rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, hearing disturbances, swelling, dizziness, or insomnia occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. In particular, immediate medical attention is required for symptoms of anaphylactic shock, severe skin disease, worsening asthma, liver dysfunction, or pneumonia. This medication should not be administered to children under the age of 2; if necessary, a consultation with a doctor is required. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration, avoid long-term use, and refrain from alcohol consumption. Since drowsiness may occur, it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. There may be an increased risk of side effects when taking certain medications together, so inform a professional if you are taking any other medications during use. Store this medication out of reach of children, in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight, and keep it sealed to maintain its quality.

Serious side effects
- Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, pallor → severe allergic reaction
- Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in mouth/eye mucous membranes → severe skin adverse reaction
- Asthma
- Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), profound lethargy → liver abnormalities (jaundice)
- Cough with shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, fever, etc. → respiratory problems
- Significant decrease in urine output
Mild side effects
Rash, redness (erythema), itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal bleeding, stomach discomfort, hearing loss, tinnitus, difficulty urinating, persistent or severe dry mouth, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high-pitched ion metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Interactions
Drug interactions
Do not take this medication with oral medications that contain diuretics, cough suppressants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Consult with a doctor or pharmacist when taking together with barbiturates, tricyclic antidepressants, potassium-containing medications, licorice-containing medications, glycyrrhizin or its salts, loop diuretics, thiazide diuretics, diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, or steroids.
Food interactions
Do not consume alcohol while taking this medication.
