How to take
Adult dose
For ages 15 and older, take 2 capsules per dose, up to 3 times a day within 30 minutes after meals.
Precautions
This medication may affect the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic drinks daily must consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. If any serious rashes or blisters appear on the skin during the use of this medication, discontinue immediately and consult a healthcare professional. As it contains acetaminophen, care should be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose, and it should not be taken with other acetaminophen-containing drugs. Individuals who are allergic to this drug or any of its ingredients, have a history of asthma, infants under three months of age, or those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics should not take this medication. Do not take this medication with other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. If allergic reactions occur to the dye included in this medication, it should be taken with caution. Children who are suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, individuals with allergic tendencies, those with liver, kidney, heart diseases, and pregnant or nursing mothers must consult a healthcare professional before use. If any unusual symptoms such as rashes, itching, nausea, or dizziness occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Particularly, if blisters appear on the skin or breathing difficulties occur, emergency treatment is necessary. Children under the age of two should not use this medication, and if absolutely necessary, they should consult a doctor. Adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration of use, avoid long-term use, refrain from alcohol during treatment, and be cautious as drowsiness may occur, avoiding driving or operating machinery.

Serious side effects
- Hives, severe swelling (edema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, paleness (anaphylaxis symptoms)
- Severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/eye mucous membranes (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis)
- Asthma attacks
- Jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes), profound lethargy (liver dysfunction)
- Cough with shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever (interstitial pneumonia)
Mild side effects
Rash, redness, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, urinary difficulty, persistent or severe dry mouth, dizziness, anxiety, tremors, insomnia, high-anion-gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)

Interactions
Drug interactions
Do not take this medication with other products containing acetaminophen, MAO inhibitors (antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, anti-Parkinson's medications, etc.), cough suppressants and expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines (oral medications for rhinitis, motion sickness, allergies). Caution is needed when taking with diabetes medications, gout medications, arthritis medications, anticoagulants, steroids, barbiturates, and tricyclic antidepressants.
