How to take
Adult dose
Adults: 1 tablet per dose, three times a day, 30 minutes after meals. Ensure an interval of more than 4 hours between doses.
Precautions
This medication may put a strain on the liver, so those who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. One of the ingredients, acetaminophen, can rarely cause serious skin reactions, so if you experience a rash or allergy symptoms, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. The maximum daily dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and taking this medication with other drugs containing acetaminophen should be avoided to prevent liver damage. The pseudoephedrine component can cause severe skin reactions, so if symptoms such as fever, red spots, or pustules occur, stop taking it immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. People with a history of hypersensitivity reactions or who have had a history of asthma, infants under 3 months old, those taking specific antidepressants or antipsychotic medications, patients with severe hypertension or kidney disease should not take this medication. Interactions
Drug interactions
Do not take this medication with expectorants, other cold medications, antipyretic analgesics, sedatives, or antihistamines.
