This medication is effective for sterilization and disinfection in the oral cavity. It is also used for inflammatory conditions such as pharyngitis, laryngitis, and stomatitis, and helps prevent infections after tooth extraction or oral surgery. Additionally, it is effective in improving halitosis. Therefore, it is utilized for various oral-related diseases and hygiene management.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Apply an appropriate amount several times a day as needed.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by those allergic to it or its components. People with thyroid function issues should also avoid this medication. Children under 6 years of age should not use this medication. Those receiving radioactive iodine treatment or being treated around that time should not use this medication. People with severe oral ulcers or open wounds should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. Women who are pregnant, may become pregnant, or are breastfeeding should consult a professional before using this medication. This medication contains the ingredient propylene glycol, so those allergic to or sensitive to it should use it cautiously. If symptoms such as skin rash or severe allergic reactions occur while using this medication, stop immediately and consult a doctor. Irritation in the mouth, ulceration, or wounds may develop, so if these symptoms occur, stop use and consult a professional. Occasional gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea may also occur, so caution is advised.
