This medication is used for the relief of respiratory symptoms such as cough and phlegm.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 15 and older: Take 1 capsule three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months old. People who have allergies or a history of hypersensitivity to this medication or any of its ingredients should avoid taking it. People who are currently taking or have stopped taking MAO inhibitors (such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or anti-Parkinson's medication) within the past 2 weeks should not take this medication. During the use of this medication, it is advisable not to take other cough medicines, expectorants, cold medicines, antihistamines, or sedatives. Individuals with allergies or a history of allergic reactions from medications should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Those with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid disease, diabetes, hypertension, glaucoma, urinary difficulties, older adults, individuals who are weak, or those with a high fever should also consult a professional before taking the medication. It is advisable for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, or those who are breastfeeding to consult with a doctor before taking this medication. If experiencing smoking, asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, a cough with excessive phlegm, a cough lasting more than a week or recurring, fever, rash, or persistent headache, consulting a professional is recommended before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, dizziness, urinary difficulties, severe thirst, anxiety, trembling, or insomnia occur after taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If symptoms do not improve after taking it 5-6 times, consult a professional immediately. This medication should not be administered to children under 2 years old; if absolutely necessary, a doctor's consultation is required. Follow the specified dosage and administration precisely, and it is recommended to use syrup formulation for children under 7 years old. Refrain from alcohol while taking this medication, and since drowsiness may occur, it is safer to avoid driving or operating machinery. Store this medication out of reach of children, in a tightly sealed container, away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place.
