Relief of cold symptoms (cough, sore throat, etc.)
This medication is used to relieve various cold symptoms including cough, phlegm, sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.
For adults, take 1 tablet at a time, 3 times a day, 30 minutes after meals.
This medicine may put strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol per day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains acetaminophen, which can rarely cause serious skin reactions. If any unusual symptoms such as rash or itching occur, you must stop taking it immediately. The maximum daily dosage of acetaminophen should not exceed 4,000 mg, and taking this medication along with other medications containing acetaminophen should be avoided to prevent liver damage. Individuals with allergies to this medication or its components, or who have previously taken this medication or similar medications and experienced asthma, should not take it. Infants under 3 months of age, as well as individuals who are currently taking or have recently discontinued certain antidepressants or antipsychotics, including MAO inhibitors, should also refrain from using this medication. During the use of this medication, do not take other medicines including cough suppressants, other cold medicines, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Children who have had or are suspected to have chickenpox or influenza, especially those under 15 years of age, should consult a doctor before taking this medication, and those under 2 years old must determine usage after a doctor's examination. Individuals with allergy tendencies or those with liver, kidney, heart, thyroid conditions, diabetes, hypertension, or gastrointestinal diseases, as well as pregnant or breastfeeding women, should also consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, vomiting, dizziness, tremors, insomnia, severe allergic reactions, blistering of the skin, asthma attacks, or signs of liver dysfunction occur while taking this medication, you must immediately stop taking it and consult a doctor. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and duration of use, and do not use it for an extended period. Children should take it under the supervision of a guardian. Avoid alcohol during treatment, and be cautious as certain drugs may affect the metabolism of acetaminophen. The concurrent use of this medication with specific antibiotics (flucloxacillin) can rarely lead to severe metabolic acidosis, so if symptoms are suspected, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Store this medication out of reach of children, in a tightly closed container, away from direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place. Additionally, it is advisable not to transfer it to another container to maintain quality.
