This medication is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tear production, sore throat, and heaviness in the head caused by common cold (acute rhinitis), allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 capsule three times a day after meals. The dosage interval should be more than 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age. Individuals who have had an allergic reaction to this medication or any of its ingredients should not take it. Additionally, those currently taking or who have stopped taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants or antipsychotics within the last 2 weeks should not take this medication. This medication contains lactose, so patients with genetic issues that prevent lactose breakdown should not take it. When taking this medication, it is advised not to combine it with other oral medications for rhinitis or cold medicines that contain antihistamines, cough medicines, motion sickness drugs, or allergy medications. Individuals with a history of allergies such as hives, dermatitis, migraines, or food allergies should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients who have experienced allergic symptoms such as fever, rash, joint pain, asthma, or itching from medications in the past should also exercise caution. Patients with high blood pressure, heart diseases, glaucoma, urinary difficulty, thyroid diseases, diabetes, or those who are in poor health or have a high fever should consult a professional before taking this medication. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should also seek consultation before taking this medication. Elderly patients or individuals currently undergoing treatment should consult a professional before taking this medication. Smokers or patients with asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema, or those with excessive phlegm or a cough lasting more than a week should consult a physician before taking this medication. If unusual symptoms such as vomiting, severe thirst, constipation, loss of appetite, skin rash, itching, urinary difficulty, headache, facial flushing, or abnormal light sensitivity appear while taking this medication, immediately discontinue use and consult a professional. Children under 2 years of age should not take this medication except in special circumstances and should seek medical advice when necessary.
