For those with renal impairment, the dosage should be adjusted according to creatinine clearance. - Creatinine clearance 10-30 mL/min: 250-500 mg every 12 hours.

This medication is used to treat various infections caused by different bacteria. It is effective not only for respiratory infections such as acute and chronic bronchitis and pneumonia, but also for upper respiratory infections including tonsillitis, sinusitis, and otitis media. Additionally, it is used to treat urinary tract infections such as cystitis, urethritis, and pyelonephritis, as well as sexually transmitted infections like gonorrhea and pelvic inflammatory disease. It is also used for skin and soft tissue infections, including boil, abscess, cellulitis, and wound infections, as well as osteomyelitis treatment. It is effective for dental infections and helps in treating various bacterial infections in the oral cavity. By treating these diverse bacterial infections, it contributes to the recovery of the patient's health.

How to take
