How to apply drops

Adult eye dose

Instill 1 drop of the 0.1% or 0.3% formulation 5 to 6 times a day. Adjust dosage according to symptoms. Generally, the 0.1% formulation is used, while the 0.3% formulation is used in cases where the effect of the 0.1% formulation is insufficient in severe diseases.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients who are allergic to protein-based drugs or any component of this product. Symptoms such as itching, irritation, redness, conjunctivitis, and corneal damage may occur, and rarely, eye discharge or pain may also occur. If such symptoms occur, discontinue use and seek appropriate treatment. Hypersensitivity reactions such as blepharitis or dermatitis may occur, so use should also be discontinued if these symptoms appear. Adverse reactions may occur more frequently when used with certain medications, so caution is needed when used in combination with steroids, dry eye treatments, antimicrobials, glaucoma treatments, antihistamines, cataract treatments, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory analgesics. This product contains phosphates, so corneal calcification may rarely occur in patients with severe corneal damage. Do not use with other eye drops, and apply this medication about 30 minutes after using other eye drops. For ocular use only, take care to avoid contact with the eyelid or eyelashes at the tip of the container. If the container becomes contaminated, the solution may become cloudy, so do not use cloudy solutions. Do not use while wearing soft contact lenses, and wait at least 15 minutes after administration before putting lenses on. Single-use products should be used within 12 hours of opening, and should not be reused after opening. Keep out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool place. To maintain quality, do not transfer to another container, and it is recommended to avoid sharing to prevent contamination.
