Using certain medications or grapefruit juice may lead to excessive blood pressure reduction, so consultation with medical personnel is essential. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should avoid this medication. If it must be used, breastfeeding should be ceased. In children, the safety of use has not been established, so its use is not recommended.
