Improvement of epithelial disorders of the conjunctiva due to endogenous (Sjögren's syndrome, mucous membrane dry eye syndrome) and exogenous (post-surgery, drug-induced) conditions.
This medication is used for epithelial disorders of the conjunctiva caused by endogenous diseases such as Sjögren's syndrome, mucous membrane dry eye syndrome, and dry eye syndrome, as well as by exogenous causes such as surgery, drug-induced conditions, trauma, and contact lens wear.
Instill 1 drop 5-6 times a day. Adjust as needed according to symptoms. Typically, a 0.1% preparation is administered, and if the effect is insufficient in severe conditions, a 0.3% preparation is used. Discard the remaining solution and container after instillation (for single-use products only).
This medication should not be used in patients who are allergic to protein-based drugs or any components of this medication. Symptoms such as itching, irritation, redness, conjunctivitis, and corneal disorders may occur; if these symptoms arise, stop using the product immediately and seek appropriate treatment. In rare cases, inflammation or dermatitis of the eyelids may occur; if these symptoms appear, discontinue use of the drug and consult a physician. When using with other eye drops, space out the applications by about 30 minutes and avoid simultaneous use. This medication is for ocular application only, and care should be taken not to let the tip of the container touch the eyelids or eyelashes. If the container becomes contaminated, the medication can be tainted, so it should be kept clean, and cloudy solutions should not be used. The preservative benzalkonium chloride can adsorb onto soft lenses, so lens wearers should remove their lenses before and after use and wait a certain period before reinserting them. Store out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and keep in a cool place; do not transfer to other containers to maintain quality. Single-use products should be used only once after opening, and any remaining medication should be discarded. The first 1-2 drops of the initial use should be discarded to remove any container fragments. Avoid co-use to reduce the risk of contamination.
