How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 12 years and older should take 2 tablets every 8 hours, not exceeding 6 tablets in 24 hours.

Child dose

Children aged 12 years and older should take 2 tablets every 8 hours, not exceeding 6 tablets in 24 hours.

Precautions

This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily should consult their doctor or pharmacist before taking it. If severe skin rashes, blisters, red spots, or other symptoms appear while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Since it contains acetaminophen, care must be taken not to exceed the maximum daily dose of 4,000mg, and it should not be taken together with other products containing acetaminophen. Persons allergic to this medication or those with gastric ulcers, severe liver or kidney diseases, heart failure, blood abnormalities, or a history of aspirin-induced asthma should not take it. Children under 12 years of age should not take this medication. As it is a sustained-release formulation, do not crush, chew, or dissolve the tablet; swallow it whole. Individuals with liver or kidney diseases, peptic ulcers, blood disorders, bleeding tendencies, heart dysfunction, asthma, allergic history, elderly individuals, and those who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. If taking other medications such as warfarin, lithium, or certain diuretics, it is important to consult a healthcare professional. If any unusual symptoms such as difficulty breathing, redness or swelling of the body, severe vomiting, bleeding, or severe skin rashes occur while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Regular blood tests and liver function tests should be done during long-term use, and if any abnormal symptoms occur, it may be necessary to reduce or stop the dosage. This medication should only be used when there is pain or fever, and care should be taken not to take it for more than 10 days for pain relief or more than 3 days for fever reduction without a doctor's instruction. Avoid taking it in conjunction with other anti-inflammatory pain medications, and in case of infection, take appropriate antibiotics as prescribed by a doctor.
