Precautions
This medication may burden the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking it. During treatment with this medication, serious rashes or blisters may appear on the skin. If such symptoms occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. This medication contains acetaminophen; be careful not to exceed the maximum daily dosage of 4,000 mg, and do not take it with other products containing acetaminophen. Those who have previously shown allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients, or have experienced asthma, should not use it. Particularly, infants under three months old and those taking or having recently stopped certain antidepressants, such as MAO inhibitors, should also avoid use. While taking this medication, it is advisable not to take other medications that include cough, cold medicine, antipyretics, sedatives, and antihistamines. Children infected with chickenpox or influenza, individuals with certain allergic conditions, and those with liver, kidney, or heart diseases should consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as rash, itching, vomiting, abdominal pain, hearing changes, urination problems, or dizziness occur after taking the medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. In the case of severe allergic reactions or serious symptoms on the skin or mucous membranes, asthma symptoms, or signs of liver dysfunction, it is important to stop taking the medication immediately and seek medical help. This medication should generally not be administered to children under the age of two unless in special circumstances, and instructions from a doctor should be strictly followed during use. It is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosages and not to use this medication for a prolonged period. Avoid drinking alcohol during treatment, and since drowsiness may occur, it is safest to avoid driving or operating machinery. Also, be cautious as the ability to metabolize acetaminophen may decrease when taken with certain drugs. Taking this medication with certain antibiotics may rarely lead to metabolic acidosis; if such symptoms are suspected, consult a healthcare professional immediately. Store in a sealed container, out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. It is important not to transfer it to another container to maintain the quality of the drug.
