Adult dose

For adults, take 1 packet 3 times a day before meals or between meals.

This medication contains lactose, so it should not be taken by individuals with a hereditary condition that prevents lactose digestion. Moreover, individuals who are very weak, as well as those with hypertension, heart conditions, or kidney diseases, and the elderly, must consult a specialist before taking this medication. It is also important for those who have experienced skin rashes or itching due to medication in the past, or who are currently taking other medications, to consult a specialist. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, individuals who frequently experience diarrhea, or those with a weak stomach should also consult a specialist before taking this medication. If swelling of the face or extremities occurs, along with increased blood pressure and headaches during use, it is advised to stop taking the medication immediately and consult a specialist. Symptoms like muscle weakness, spasms in the hands and feet, skin rashes, indigestion, urination disorders, insomnia, excessive sweating, rapid heartbeat, and general fatigue should prompt an immediate cessation of the medication and consultation. Additionally, if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, it is necessary to consult a specialist. This medication may increase the risk of side effects when taken with certain diuretics or medications containing licorice, so caution is advised. It is crucial to adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and if taken for an extended period, consultation with a specialist is necessary. Furthermore, care should be taken when used alongside ephedra, thyroid medications, or specific stimulants as side effects may be more likely. Children should take this medication under the supervision of a guardian.
