This medication helps relieve various symptoms caused by colds such as runny nose, nasal blockage, headache, sneezing, fever, and sore throat. Patients can use it when these symptoms occur to alleviate the discomfort and reduce interference with daily life. It is used to effectively improve the overall discomfort of colds.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults should take 2 capsules every 4 hours, not exceeding 4 times a day.

Children's dosage

Children aged 6-12 years should take 1 capsule every 4 hours, not exceeding 4 times a day. Children under 6 years should follow the instructions of a doctor or pharmacist.

Precautions

This medication may cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol a day, so consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is essential. Moreover, due to the included pseudoephedrine component, severe skin reactions such as acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis may occur; therefore, if symptoms like fever or small blisters on the skin arise, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. This medication contains acetaminophen, which can cause liver damage if taken with other acetaminophen-containing products, so do not combine it with other products. If you have emphysema, chronic bronchitis, glaucoma, benign prostatic hyperplasia, heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, or thyroid disorders, consult a doctor before taking this medication. If you experience neuralgia, dizziness, or insomnia while taking, stop using it immediately and consult a doctor, and if sore throat is severe or symptoms such as fever, rash, headache, or vomiting persist for more than two days, seek professional help right away. This medication may cause drowsiness, so caution is required while driving or operating machinery, and combining it with alcohol, sedatives, or tranquilizers may increase drowsiness. Additionally, discontinue use immediately if symptoms of ischemic colitis such as sudden abdominal pain or rectal bleeding occur. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration, and consult a doctor if symptoms do not improve within 7 days or if fever occurs. Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment and store the medication in a safe place out of reach of children. Do not take this medication if you are on sedatives or tranquilizers or have recently stopped taking MAO inhibitors within the last two weeks; consult a professional if unsure. During pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use. In case of overdose, contact a doctor or poison control center immediately for assistance.
