Adult dosage

Children's dosage

Children aged 12 and above may be sprayed 2-3 times into each nostril every 4 hours as needed for symptoms.

This medication should not be used by patients who are allergic or hypersensitive to specific components, especially benzalkonium chloride. Additionally, it is advisable not to administer it to children less than 30 months old. Patients with hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, hyperthyroidism, or glaucoma should use this medication with caution. Patients who have had allergic reactions due to nasal sprays in the past should also use it carefully. Patients receiving medical treatment and children should be administered with care due to the potential risk of inducing convulsions. If any allergic reactions occur while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Rarely, neurological symptoms such as tremors or insomnia may occur. Symptoms such as rapid heart rate may also occur rarely. Irritation or discharge from the nose may develop, and if symptoms such as rashes, redness, or swelling appear, discontinue use. Excessive use of this medication may cause a burning sensation or irritation in the nose, sneezing, and in severe cases, worsening of nasal congestion, so caution is advised. Follow the prescribed dosage strictly, and if symptoms persist after three days of use, consult a professional. Long-term use is not recommended. Since it contains benzalkonium chloride, which may cause bronchospasm or nasal mucosal swelling, extra caution should be taken during prolonged use. Patients taking MAO inhibitors should avoid using this medication due to the risk of a sudden increase in blood pressure. Pregnant women or women who may become pregnant should only use this medication when the benefits outweigh the risks, as its safety is not assured. This medication should not be used in the eyes or ears and should be kept separate to avoid contamination. Do not use discolored products. Keep out of reach of children, store in a cool place away from direct sunlight, and keep in a dry environment. It is also important not to transfer this medication to other containers to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
