If there is a decrease in urine output, swelling of the face or extremities, heaviness of the eyelids, stiffness in the hands, increased blood pressure, or headaches during treatment, stop the medication immediately and consult a professional. Long-term use may lead to symptoms of hypokalemia, increased blood pressure, edema, or weight gain, so regular blood tests should be conducted to monitor the condition, and the medication should be discontinued if abnormalities occur. If symptoms such as muscle weakness, spasms, or paralysis occur, discontinue the medication and consult a physician. Caution is required if taken with potassium-containing agents, medications with licorice components, or certain diuretics, as these may result in hypokalemia or muscle-related side effects. If side effects such as rash, itching, drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, headache, constipation, dry mouth, palpitations, or liver function abnormalities occur while taking this medication, stop immediately and consult a professional. Strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and usage; if symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for more than two weeks, discontinue and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Long-term continuous use should be avoided, and patients with a history of kidney disease should consult a professional before use. This medication should not be taken with gastric pain relievers or antispasmodics, and it is not suitable for children under 15 years of age, pregnant women, or women who may become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
