This medicine is used to relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, runny nose, sneezing, tearing, sore throat, and heaviness in the head caused by colds, allergic rhinitis, and sinusitis.

How to take

Adult dose

Take 1 capsule three times a day after meals. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by infants under 3 months of age. People who are allergic to this medicine or have previously experienced hypersensitivity reactions to this medicine should avoid taking it. People taking MAO inhibitors such as antidepressants, antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, or anticholinergics, or who have stopped these medications less than 2 weeks ago, should not take this medicine. During treatment with this medication, other cold-related medications or antihistamines, cough medicines, expectorants, anti-motion sickness medications, allergy medicines, etc. should not be taken concurrently. Infants and toddlers over 3 months but under 2 years of age must consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication and should avoid its use unless absolutely necessary. Those with a history of allergic reactions, such as fever, rash, or itching from medications, should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medicine. People with high blood pressure, heart disease, eye disorders, urinary problems, thyroid disease, diabetes, or those who are weak or have a high fever must seek consultation before taking this medication. Elderly individuals and those currently undergoing treatment should also consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication, and smokers or individuals with respiratory diseases such as asthma or chronic bronchitis, or persistent coughing should proceed with caution. If unusual symptoms such as vomiting, severe thirst, constipation, decreased appetite, skin rash, itching, difficulty urinating, headache, facial flushing, or photophobia occur while taking this medication, you should stop taking it immediately and consult a healthcare professional. If symptoms do not improve after 5 to 6 doses, discontinue use and consult a physician. Adhere strictly to the prescribed dosage and administration, and avoid long-term use. As drowsiness may occur, avoid driving or operating machinery, and it is also advisable to refrain from alcohol consumption. Store this medication out of reach of children, protect it from direct sunlight, and keep it in a tightly closed container in a cool, dry place. Additionally, do not transfer it to other containers, and take care to avoid misuse.
