This medicine is used to relieve various pains such as respiratory diseases like colds and nasal colds, headaches, shoulder stiffness, muscle pain, and pain in the hands and shoulders.

How to take

Adult dose

Typically, an adult takes 1 pouch (1-time dosage, 75mL) three times a day before meals or between meals.

Precautions

This medicine is not safe for infants under 1 year old. Individuals with hypertension, heart disease, or kidney disease must consult a specialist before taking this medicine. Consultation is also required for those with edema or difficulty in urination. Those with very weak digestion or symptoms like loss of appetite, nausea, and vomiting should be careful as symptoms may worsen when taking this medicine. Individuals who are severely weak after a disease, those who sweat a lot, individuals with hyperthyroidism, and diabetes patients must consult a specialist before taking this medicine. Individuals who have previously experienced skin rashes or itching due to medication, those taking other medications, and women who are pregnant or may become pregnant must consult before taking. Children and the elderly need to be careful as the safety of this medicine has not been fully established; for the elderly, it is advisable to reduce the dosage. If swelling occurs in the face or extremities, or if blood pressure rises and headaches develop during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. If symptoms of muscle weakness, seizures, or paralysis appear, stop taking and seek appropriate treatment. If symptoms of liver dysfunction or jaundice occur, stop taking and inform a specialist. If skin rash, insomnia, excessive sweating, rapid heartbeat, palpitations, increased frequency of urination, general weakness, or mental agitation occurs, discontinue use immediately. Loss of appetite, gastric discomfort, nausea, vomiting, and urinary disorder symptoms may also worsen during use, so caution is necessary. If symptoms do not improve and persist for several days, stop taking and consult a specialist. This medicine must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and regimen, and long-term use should be discussed with a specialist. When administering to children, supervision by a guardian is necessary. If taken with ephedra, ephedrine, MAO inhibitors, thyroid drugs, catecholamines, or xanthine derivatives, side effects such as insomnia, excessive sweating, and rapid heartbeat may occur, so caution is advised. Taking with potassium-containing agents, licorice-containing agents, loop diuretics, and thiazide diuretics may cause muscle weakness and decreased blood potassium levels, requiring careful use. When taking with other herbal medicines, it is necessary to check for overlapping herbal ingredients. This medicine should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and kept out of the reach of children. Transferring the medicine to another container may pose a risk of misuse or quality degradation; therefore, it must be stored in its original container.
