Relief of cold symptoms (runny nose, nasal congestion, etc.)
This medication is used to relieve various symptoms of cold, including runny nose, nasal congestion, sneezing, sore throat, chills, fever, headache, joint pain, and muscle pain.
Take 1 to 2 tablets every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 8 tablets in one day.
This medication may cause liver damage if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day, so it is essential to consult a doctor or pharmacist. The pseudoephredrine component in this medication can cause severe skin reactions, and if symptoms such as fever, rash, or small pustules appear, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to this medication or have a history of asthma attacks should not take it. This medication should not be used in cases of severe depression, peptic ulcer, severe liver impairment, renal impairment, or cardiac dysfunction, as it may pose risks. Taking this medication with other medications that also contain acetaminophen can increase the risk of liver damage, so these should not be taken together. Taking sedatives, sleeping pills, or other cold medications can increase drowsiness, so driving or operating machinery should be avoided. Alcoholic beverages should be avoided while taking this medication, and caution is needed as drowsiness may occur. Individuals with allergic tendencies or those who have previously experienced allergic reactions to this medication should consult a professional before taking it. Children, the elderly, pregnant, or nursing women should consult medical staff before use. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication or if severe adverse reactions such as rash, difficulty breathing, severe dizziness, vomiting, gastrointestinal bleeding, skin rash, etc., occur, discontinue use immediately and consult medical staff. This medication requires regular blood tests and liver function tests with long-term use, and it should be avoided in conjunction with other pain relievers. Overdosage may cause severe damage to the liver and kidneys, so strict adherence to the prescribed dosage is necessary, and medical attention should be sought immediately in case of overdose. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, and in a cool, dry place. It should be stored in the original container, as transferring it to another container could lead to accidents or deterioration in quality.
