How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 1 pouch (1 bottle) (single dosage) three times a day before or between meals.

Child dose

For children aged 7 to 14 years, take 2/3 of a pouch (2/3 bottle) (2/3 of the adult dose) per dose, and for children aged 4 to 6 years, take 1/2 of a pouch (1/2 bottle) (1/2 of the adult dose) three times a day before or between meals.
