Adult dose

Adults: Take 10ml every 4 hours. Do not exceed 60ml in 24 hours, and follow the doctor's instructions.

Child dose

Children aged 12 years and older: Take 10ml every 4 hours. Do not exceed 60ml in 24 hours, and follow the doctor's instructions. Children aged 6 years and older to under 12 years: Take 5ml every 4 hours. Do not exceed 30ml in 24 hours, and follow the doctor's instructions. Children aged 2 years and older to under 6 years: Follow the doctor's instructions.

This medication contains sympathomimetic amines and antihistamines, so individuals allergic to any of its ingredients or with specific sensitivities should not take it. In addition, it is advisable for nursing women, patients with severe hypertension, coronary artery disease, and those taking MAO inhibitors to avoid this medication. Patients with glaucoma, difficulty urinating, peptic ulcers, asthma, or chronic lung diseases should also refrain from using this drug. Patients already taking sedatives or tranquilizers should be careful when using this medication alongside. Those with chronic bronchitis, heart disease, hypertension, thyroid dysfunction, diabetes, or urinary difficulties due to prostate enlargement should strictly follow their physician's instructions and avoid using this medication without medical guidance. This medication can affect the sympathetic nervous system and may cause side effects such as fear, anxiety, tremors, weakness, difficulty in breathing, difficulty in urination, insomnia, hallucinations, convulsions, arrhythmia, dizziness, and blood pressure drops. Those sensitive to phenylephrine may experience rapid heart rate, headaches, dizziness, and nausea, but it is safe when used in appropriate doses. Individuals sensitive to antihistamines may experience drowsiness or dry mouth, dizziness, decreased appetite, vomiting, headaches, nervousness, frequent urination, chest pain, visual disturbances, and difficulty urinating. This medication may induce drowsiness, and caution is advised if taken with alcohol or sedatives as it could increase drowsiness. In children, there is a risk of heightened agitation, so caution is needed. If symptoms do not improve within 7 days or if there is a high fever, it is essential to consult a doctor. While taking this medication, avoid alcohol and refrain from activities that require alertness, such as driving or operating dangerous machinery. Be careful not to exceed the prescribed dose, and if an overdose occurs accidentally, consult a doctor immediately. If symptoms such as dizziness, insomnia, or nervousness occur during use, stop taking the medication and consult a doctor. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight and in a cool, dry place. Additionally, it is important to keep it in its original container and not transfer it to another container to maintain the quality and safe use of the medication.
