This medication is used for the relief of various pains including headaches, toothaches, post-extraction pain, sore throat, ear pain, neuralgia, joint pain, muscle pain, low back pain, shoulder pain, bruising, fracture pain, sprain pain, menstrual pain, and trauma pain. It is also effective in lowering fever when chills and fever are present. Therefore, this medicine is useful for alleviating pain and fever symptoms.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults should take 2 tablets at a time, up to 2 times a day. Avoid taking on an empty stomach, and maintain an interval of at least 6 hours between doses.

Child dose

Children aged 11 to 14 years should take 1⅓ tablets, and those aged 7 to 10 years should take 1 tablet at a time.

Precautions

To prevent liver damage, individuals who regularly consume three or more alcoholic drinks daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains acetaminophen, and the consumption of other acetaminophen-containing products together may put strain on the liver; therefore, they should not be taken together.
