This medicine is used for cold, nasal cold, headache, shoulder stiffness, muscle pain, and pain in the hands and shoulders.
Typically, for adults, 1 pouch (75mL) is taken 3 times a day before meals or between meals.
This medication may worsen symptoms in patients with high blood pressure, heart disorders, or kidney disorders, so it is essential to consult a healthcare professional before taking it. Patients with edema or urinary disorders should also consult before taking this medicine. Patients who have weak stomachs, lack of appetite, and symptoms of nausea or vomiting should be cautious, as symptoms may worsen upon taking this medication. Patients who are weak after illness or who have very low physical strength may experience adverse reactions easily, so they should take this medicine cautiously. Those who sweat excessively, patients with hyperthyroidism, and those with diabetes must consult with a healthcare professional before taking this medication. Individuals who have previously experienced allergic reactions such as rashes or itching from medications should take caution when using this medicine. Patients taking other medications should also consult with healthcare professionals before taking this medicine for safety. Pregnant women or those who could become pregnant should only take this medication if the benefits outweigh the risks, as its safety has not been established. Children and elderly individuals should be cautious about dosage adjustment since the safety of this medication has not been sufficiently confirmed or they may have reduced physiological functions. If symptoms such as decreased urination, facial or limb swelling, elevated blood pressure, or headache occur during treatment, treatment should be stopped immediately and consultation with a healthcare professional should be sought. In cases of muscle weakness, limb cramps, or paralysis symptoms, treatment should also be stopped immediately, and appropriate care should be taken. If symptoms of liver dysfunction or jaundice occur, such as yellowing of the skin or eyes, overall lethargy, or if skin rashes or itching, insomnia, excessive sweating, rapid heartbeat, dyspepsia, or urinary disorders occur, the medication should be discontinued and a healthcare professional should be consulted. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medication, treatment should be stopped immediately, and a healthcare professional should be informed. The prescribed dosage and method of administration must be strictly followed, and if taken for an extended period, consultation with a healthcare professional is necessary. Taking this medication along with ephedra, ephedrine, MAO inhibitors, thyroid medications, catecholamines, or xanthine derivatives may increase the likelihood of side effects, so caution is advised.
