Adult dose

For ordinary adults, take one packet (for one dose) three times a day before or between meals.

Serious side effects

Hives, severe swelling (edema), increased blood pressure, headache, paralysis, liver dysfunction, jaundice, generalized fatigue, symptoms of interstitial pneumonia (fever, cough, shortness of breath, respiratory distress), myopathy due to hypokalemia, symptoms of hyperaldosteronism (reduced urine output, swelling of face and limbs, heavy eyelids, stiffness in hands)
